It shouldn’t hurt to be a child, but millions of children are finding it difficult to feed themselves while others can’t afford to attend school.
Child hunger and poverty are the leading causes of malnutrition and lack of access to education respectively. This is what POVERTY ALLEVIATION INITIATIVE (AFRICA) PAIA is established to remedy. POVERTY ALLEVIATION INITIATIVE (AFRICA) PAIA is a non-profit organization founded in 2016 with the aim of providing breakfast programs to schools in developing countries and school fees support to families with special needs children. A vision that started small has grown into a reputable organization that’s committed to feeding and empowering children of all backgrounds.
At POVERTY ALLEVIATION INITIATIVE (AFRICA) PAIA, we feel strongly that every child deserves to be provided with the opportunity and every resource they need to reach their full potential and live a purposeful and fulfilling life.
Our Story
No child should go to bed hungry or not able to go to school because of poverty and hunger. Yet a good number of children in Africa still go to bed hungry daily, have no clothes and some have stopped going to school because of poverty. For these children, there is no hope unless each one of us realizes that our most important duty is the protection, welfare and growth of these children. Without our support, some might die while others might not be able to live out their potential.
